Quick Start GuideVendor Exports - Submit Your Cards to Buylists

Learn how to export your collection data to sell cards to various vendors through their buylist programs.

Overview

CardRouter supports exporting your buylists in the quickest formats compatible with major TCG vendors. This allows you to quickly submit your cards to vendor buylists and get the best prices for your collection.

Getting Started

1. Access Vendor Buylists

Many vendors require you to create an account before accessing their buylist. Follow the links in your optimization report.

2. Export Your Collection

CardRouter provides two main export options:

The CSV export generates a spreadsheet-compatible file that most vendors can import directly:

  1. Navigate to a vendor section
  2. Click “Download your Vendor Name CSV”
  3. Click “Visit Vendor Name Buylist”
  4. (optional) Log into the vendor, if required
  5. Upload the CSV
💡
CSV Formats are specific to each vendor

Manual Entry

For vendors that don’t support CSV imports, you can use the manual entry option:

  1. For each card, click ”→ Add to sell cart”
  2. (in newly opened window) find the card and quantity from the short list
  3. Click the “add to sell cart” button (or equivalent)

Troubleshooting

CSV Import Issues

If a vendor’s system doesn’t recognize your CSV:

  • Check that the filename matches the vendor
  • Contact support and we’ll make it right

Missing Cards

If some cards don’t appear in the vendor’s system:

  • Buylists change minute-by-minute, so someone might have beaten you
  • Verify the card exists in their buylist
  • Consider manual entry for problem cards or using ”→ Add card to sell list”

Discrepancies

If buylist prices don’t match CardRouter’s data:

  • Prices and quantities update frequently and may differ slightly
  • Errors can happen - report errors by clicking the card in your collection view and click “Report issue”
  • Check the history - look at the history for recent volatility
  • Let us know and we’ll make it right
